Auto-responder Emails in Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you are using a hosting service from us. You can do this via the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where one can view your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can either pick an email address and click on the auto-responder button or just right-click and choose the feature in the context menu that will come up. All you need to do is to enter the text which you want to be sent as an automatic reply and save the change. You are able to enter any text you want and modifying or disabling the auto-responder feature is just as easy. Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account with our company, you'll be able to add in an auto-responder to any e-mail you make with the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All the mailboxes that you have will be available in alphabetical order in this section and for each one of them you will notice a small "Auto-responder" icon. To activate the function, click the icon for a selected email address, enter the content which you want people to get as a reply to their email messages, then save the change. You'll be able to change or remove this text at any moment following the very same steps.
