Catch-all Emails in Hosting
In case you’ve got a hosting service with us and you’d like to enable the catch-all functionality for a particular email mailbox that you’ve got in your web hosting account, it’ll take literally just one mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to accomplish that. A catch-all button is available next to each email address that you have set up under any domain hosted in the account. You can choose one single email address per domain by clicking the corresponding button. This will enable the feature instantly, so all email messages sent to miswritten email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking the button once again will disable the catch-all feature. In case you have active email forwarding, our system will exhibit a cautionary note and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply choose a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be created with a few clicks of the mouse in case you have a semi-dedicated server with our company. The semi-dedicated account will be managed via our custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll be able to set up mailboxes using any domain name registered there. To activate the catch-all functionality for a mailbox, you’ll need to click the button with the same name, which will be on the right side of each mailbox. Disabling the feature can be done in the exact same fashion and will not take more than one click either. If a catch-all mailbox has already been activated for a specific domain, you will get a warning message. The same goes if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never edit or deactivate anything automatically.
